Do I need an extensive wardrobe to benefit from your services?
Not at all. Many of our most successful clients come to us with minimal wardrobes and a desire to build something coherent from the ground up. In fact, starting with less makes it easier to build a truly intentional system. We meet you exactly where you are.
What cities and areas do you serve?
We are based in New York City and serve clients throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the greater New York metro area. For The Advisor retainer clients, we travel nationally. Remote consultations are also available for clients outside our primary service area.
How long does a typical session take?
The Audit is 90 minutes. The Identity session typically runs 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the scope of your current wardrobe and how much direction-setting is required. Retainer sessions are structured quarterly but with unlimited remote contact in between.
Do you sell products, or are you purely advisory?
Our core offering is advisory. We do not operate a retail store or carry inventory. For procurement, we work as your agent — sourcing from over 40 brands at trade relationships we've built over years. You pay the retail price of the item; we take no markup or referral fee. Our revenue comes entirely from consulting fees.
What is your price range recommendation for accessories?
We work across a wide range of budgets. Our philosophy is that quality of design and material matters far more than brand name or price tag. We will always recommend the best possible piece for your specific situation — and that is sometimes not the most expensive option. We have clients who spend $200 on a wallet and clients who spend $2,000 on a watch, and both are exactly right for their respective contexts.
Is this only for formal or business styles?
Absolutely not. We work with men across all style registers — from the executive in a dark suit to the creative professional in smart-casual to the off-duty gentleman in refined weekend wear. Every style has an accessory language. Our job is to find and articulate yours.
